Motcomb Estates has appointed Savills as the letting agent on the first phase at AEROX, which is being built on a gateway site at London Oxford Airport in north Oxford.
Phase one of the development, which is due to complete in Q2 2025, will consist of three new mid-tech, office and R&D buildings of circa 7,500 sq ft.
Future phases will include flexible mid-tech units ranging in size from 7,500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.
