Zephyr X Developments has secured planning consent to transform an office site in Milton Keynes into a £135m GDV build-to-rent (BTR) scheme.
The company intends to replace the former Allianz offices at 500 Avebury Boulevard in the city centre with 376 high-quality BTR apartments.
Each apartment will feature a luxury kitchen with integrated kitchen appliances and luxurious bathroom units.
