Native Residential has rebranded and announced a raft of new appointments and internal promotions to support the company’s growth.

The company, which going forward will be known as Native Communities, has appointed David Glass, from Global Holdings Management Group, as director of finance; David Tomlinson, from Say Property Consulting, as head of asset management; Richard Higham, from CuddleCo, as head of digital; and Rachelle Bownes has also joined the company as general manager of Station Hill.

In addition, Native Communities has promoted Jake Matthews to director of facilities management; Amy Crow to head of building safety; Bex Hetherington Rothwell to head of operations (North); Chloe Parker to head of leasing (South); and Jodie Clark to the role of head of mobilisation and onboarding

Guy Nixon, CEO of Native Communities, said: “Working with our clients under our new Native Communities brand better reflects the diversity of our assets under management and the depth of experience across our teams beyond the living sector, including offices, retail and public realm. We stand out in the market by bringing operations of developments of all asset classes within large scale mixed-use under the same team, enabling reporting and on the ground efficiencies for our clients.”
