CBRE has doubled the size of its office footprint at 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool.

The company’s Liverpool team, which has grown from 17 to 38 employees in the past five years, has relocated from the sixth floor to the fifth floor, taking almost 5,000 sq ft.

Joe Rigby, MD, CBRE North, said: “Our Liverpool team has seen sustained organic growth over the past five years and this has been facilitated by our integrated approach to working, combined with our multi-sector expertise and full-service client offer. The new office will help us continue to attract the very best talent pool to our business.”

Neil Kirkham, head of office agency at CBRE Liverpool, added: “The workplace has changed significantly and our relocation has given the team an opportunity to deliver the highest quality fit out, whilst also promoting enhanced collaboration and wellbeing for our current and ever expanding Liverpool team.”

The new office was designed by CBRE’s director of architecture Darius Baniabassian and project managed by CBRE’s Liverpool project management team, which is led by Neil Rogers.
