Albion Land has secured planning consent for the next phase of development at its Catalyst Bicester technology park in Oxfordshire.
The company has received the green light to deliver a further 128,000 sq ft of employment space across three highly sustainable buildings fronting the A41.
The new buildings represent Phase 4 of the masterplan at Catalyst, where eight buildings have already been completed and let to advanced manufacturing, R&D and design companies.
Phase 3 at Catalyst will be developed in 2025 to provide a further 110,000 sq ft across five buildings and Phase 4 will follow on unless occupier requirements require the programme to be accelerated.

Quod and Cornish advised Albion Land on the Phase 4 planning application.
