Indurent has agreed a significant upsizing deal with existing tenant Nemesis at Indurent Park Broomhall in Worcester.
The distributor for lifestyle and automotive brands has signed a lease on 41,000 sq ft of space taking its presence at the park to more than 55,000 sq ft.
Indurent has just completed the final phase of speculative development at Indurent Park Broomhall, Worcester, delivering 72,000 sq ft across two units of 32,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft.
Since 2021, the developer has delivered circa 225,000 sq ft of high-specification, sustainable warehouse space at Indurent Park Broomhall.
