MIPIM has unveiled the 39 finalists for this year’s MIPIM Awards, which will take place on 13 March at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes.
The finalists hail from 22 different countries around the world, with Germany, Denmark, France, The Netherlands and Brazil having the most shortlisted projects.
This year’s finalists include: Arbor, Bankside Yards, London (pictured); Booking.com City Campus, Amsterdam; DOXS NKLN, Berlin; One Dojima Project, Osaka; Sultan Haitham City, Muscat; and UN17 Village, Copenhagen.
The awards categories include: Best Conversion Project; Best Cultural, Sports and Education Project; Best Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Project; Best Industrial & Logistics Project; Best Mixed-Use Project; Best Residential Project; Best Urban Regeneration Project; Best Workplace Experience; Best New Development; and Best New Mega Development.
The winners will be selected by both the jury’s and MIPIM registered delegates’ votes, which will be cast online and on site. In addition to the category winners, a ‘Special Jury Award’ will be awarded to the jury’s favourite project.

The jury was particularly impressed by the exceptional quality of conversion projects across various categories, highlighting the ingenuity in reimagining spaces to create environments where people can live, work, and thrive.”
