Maslow Capital has promoted Emma Burke to the role of managing director of development finance origination for the UK and Europe.
In her expanded role, Burke will lead Maslow’s development finance origination teams across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Burke said: “Maslow Capital has evolved significantly over the past 16 years, growing into a pan-European lender with over 74 professionals across five countries. Throughout this time, we have demonstrated the power of partnerships built on trust, supporting the growth of real estate professionals of all sizes with dependable funding.
