Edge has appointed Alex Kerr as senior commercial manager in the UK.
Kerr started his career at CBRE before joining WeWork for two years, where he focused on acquisitions and agent partnerships across the UK and Ireland.
Prior to joining Edge, he returned to CBRE for another five years, advising investors, developers and occupiers on leasing strategies for commercial properties in Central London.
In his new role, he will focus on leasing strategies across Edge’s existing assets and new developments in the UK, and will work closely with key stakeholders to secure tenants and ensure that Edge’s projects align with market demands.
