Muse has appointed Stephanie Smith as the company’s new head of residential.
Smith, who has more than two decades of property industry experience, joins Muse from APO Group where she was head of group strategy. Prior to that, she served as director of residential operations for Invesco EMEA.
Smith will join Muse’s leadership team in a role which is focused on amplifying the impact, and accelerating the delivery, of new homes across the country. She will support each of Muse’s regional offices and will work closely with local teams and the company’s public sector partners.
