Helical has promoted Eleanor Gavin to the role of group company secretary, effect from 1 April 2025.
Gavin, who will also join the company’s executive committee from that date, succeeds James Moss who is assuming the role of CFO designate.
Gavin joined Helical in 2019 and has held the position of deputy company secretary since May 2022.
Richard Cotton, chairman of Helical, said: “On behalf of the board, I am pleased to announce Eleanor’s promotion to group company secretary. We have all appreciated her valuable guidance over the past five years and look forward to continuing to work closely with her in the future. Her appointment is a good example of the group’s succession planning and development processes.”
