PGIM Real Estate has promoted Shaun Hose to the role of head of UK equity.
Hose joined PGIM in March last year as head of UK asset management equity with responsibility for managing UK portfolios and operating platforms.
Prior to joining PGIM, he served as managing director at PATRIZIA, where he led value-add platforms and special situations in the retail sector on a pan-European basis.
In his new role, Hose will be based in London and will continue to lead the management of UK portfolios and operations as well as the UK equity transaction team, reporting into head of Europe, Sebastiano Ferrante.
Ferrante said: “The recovery of the European market is well underway, and Shaun’s appointment is going to help us exploit the growth opportunity which this market cycle represents. Shaun brings a wealth of experience to our business, in particular in value-add investments, with a proven track record of forming strategic partnerships with operators in a multitude of sectors.
