European real estate developer and asset manager Edge has appointed Cecile Babcock as head of distribution.
Babcock has more then 13 years of experience in real estate investment, debt capital markets and corporate strategy, and prior to joining Edge she was head of distribution at Cromwell Property Group and co-headed business development at Long Harbour.
In her new role, Babcock will play a pivotal part in raising capital across all markets, working directly with Edge’s headquarters and country teams to develop vehicles focused on urban regeneration and the sustainable office market.
