Nuveen has completed a flurry of office lettings totalling 42,921 sq ft at Devonshire Square in the City of London.
Railpen has agreed a deal on 17,222 sq ft of space, ICE Services has signed for 10,052 sq ft, Manpower UK has taken 10,073 sq ft and Bullhorn UK has signed for 5,574 sq ft on the top floor of the recently redeveloped Building 7.
ICE Services and Manpower, are currently based in Bloomsbury and the West End respectively, whereas Railpen and Bullhorn UK are relocating a few minutes from their current head offices at Broadgate and Bishopsgate.
Building 7 has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and extension to deliver Grade A office space, achieving BREEAM Outstanding and a NABERS 5* rating.
Designed by Squire & Partners, the building incorporates private and communal green roof terraces and balconies, alongside shared amenities such as lockers, showers and breakout spaces.
