Savills has recruited Eleanor Judd from Montagu Evans as a director in the company’s newly-launched UK valuations team.
Judd, who was a partner and head of valuation advisory at Montagu Evans, will lead Savills’ new dedicated service line for public sector valuations and will be based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus House office in London.
Nick Harris, head of UK and cross border valuation at Savills, said: “Eleanor has significant experience with the public sector which aligns with a key area of growth for us. Her expertise in complex problem solving and providing solutions to the public sector around rationalising portfolios, maximising their estate and enabling efficiencies will complement the existing public sector clients that we advise.”
Judd added: “The public sector is undergoing changes which requires thoughtful planning and strategic input to ensure the long term viability. I’m excited to bring my skills to Savills where I will work with existing clients and look to grow our dedicated service line.”
