Round Hill Capital has appointed Sandra Burrows as the company’s new chief operating officer (COO).
Burrows, who has more than 17 years of operations, change management and investor relations experience, served as chief transformation officer at Praemia REIM prior to joining Round Hill Capital.
Before that, she spent several years at Blackstone and 3i in London, where she specialised in investor relations and private wealth solutions.
In her new role, she will report into Round Hill Capital CEO Michael Bickford and will be responsible for driving operational improvements, transformative initiatives and ensuring robust governance frameworks that align with and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Bickford said: “Sandra joins Round Hill Capital at an exciting time, with pricing dislocation offering an attractive entry point as we look to accelerate our European living portfolio ambitions. Her pan-European investor engagement experience, alongside her track record driving operational improvements and change from within, will be invaluable in ensuring we have a best-in-class platform to execute on our strategy.”
Burrows added: “Having watched from afar as Round Hill Capital has established one of Europe’s dominant residential platforms, I’m delighted to be joining its highly experienced leadership team. Against a constantly evolving regulatory backdrop, improving efficiencies, technology and streamlining communication, alongside delivering an even higher standard of service, will enable us to maintain our strong track record of delivering long term value for our investors.”
