Barings and joint venture partner and development manager LBS Properties have let 18,686 sq ft across the top two floors of TIDE Bankside to Workplace Futures Group (WFG).
The company is relocating from Victoria to occupy the tenth and eleventh floors of the building on a 10-year term. The deal follows the recent letting of the seventh floor to Flight Centre.
Designed by Squire & Partners, the development comprises 11 upper floors, offering approximately 145,000 sq ft of office space, along with a ground floor retail unit.
