Moda Group has revealed new details about the company’s flagship London build-to-rent (BTR) neighbourhood in Nine Elms.
The Embassy Boulevard neighbourhood, which is due to open for reservations this month, offers a mix of 467 studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, 30 of which are allocated for key workers at discounted market rent.
Featuring art-deco-inspired interiors, the neighbourhood will also provide 15,000 sq ft of amenity space, including a golf simulator, karaoke room, private dining space, roof terraces, co-working areas, resident lounges and a screening room.
Residents will also have access to three state-of-the-art fitness spaces, including a high-performance weights area, a Technogym-powered cardio studio and a yoga and pilates studio.
Johnny Caddick, chief executive of Moda Living, said: “Embassy Boulevard is a stunning addition to the Moda portfolio, and a major milestone for the business as our first development in London. With its beautiful homes and amenities, paired with the services on offer and the unbeatable location, we’re confident Embassy Boulevard will thrive. We’re grateful to our many partners on the project who have made it possible and look forward to welcoming our residents home to Embassy Boulevard for the first time later this year.”
