BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints new head of property management services

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Nick Ridley as head of property management services.

Ridley, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, previously served as founder and CEO of HostScore, and prior to that he led Cushman & Wakefield’s UK asset services division.

In his new role, he will drive technical excellence across BNP Paribas Real Estate’s property management services and enhance customer and end-user experiences.
