Quadrant has made four senior appointments across its Central London development and retail teams.
Kylie Phillpotts has joined the company’s development team from M&G Real Estate as partner and Dan Hart has joined the Central London team from Hines as associate partner.
In Quadrant’s retail team, Sara Feeny (pictured) and Richard Hutchinson have joined as partners from LaSalle Investment Management and Ellandi LLP respectively.
