Goold Estates has secured outline planning consent from City of Wolverhampton Council for a new 355,000 sq ft logistics scheme near Wolverhampton city centre.
The company plans to invest around £45m to deliver the scheme on a 32-acre former landfill site at Neachells Lane. Goold Estates is targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating for the development.
Final designs and details will be shaped through extensive community engagement before a reserved matters planning application is submitted later this year.
