Tax and consulting firm RSM UK has agreed a 15-year lease on 14,000 sq ft at Barings Real Estate’s Landmark office development in St Peter’s Square, Manchester.
RSM UK is relocating 300 staff from Spinningfields into the 180,000 sq ft building, which also counts HSBC UK, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL, flex space operator Hana and social enterprise Change Please as tenants.
Landmark offers 14 floors of BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum certified office space with a focus on sustainability and wellbeing.
