Korol has let two floors at its newly refurbished 22,200 sq ft Mansel Court office building on Mansel Road, Wimbledon, and set a new rental benchmark for the area.

The company has let the 2,100 sq ft fifth floor to law firm Morr & Co and the 4,850 sq ft ground floor to consumable packaging company ProAmpac at rents equivalent to £56.50/sq ft.

Designed by architects Minifie, the refurbishment project included the creation of a new entrance and reception and new end of trip facilities in addition to three office floors.

The building has been made fully electric and now features air source heat pumps and PV panels on the roof improving its environmental credentials to EPC A and BREEAM Excellent.

Alex Jordan, co-founder of Korol, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Morr & Co to the building who appreciated the quality and unique sustainable qualities of the building. Their core business principles aligned with the buildings, in terms of a longer-term view that bettered not only the environment, their employees and wider community. With ProAmpac taking a 10-year lease, it shows their commitment and belief in the works that we have undertaken to provide an exceptional office environment for their employees and future growth of their business.”

Bray Fox Smith and Hanover Green are joint letting agents at the building and are marketing the remaining space on the third and fourth floor. Morr & Co was advised by Andrew Scott Robertson and ProAmpac was represented by XIX.
