Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its team with the recruitment of Yasmin Collins from JLL as acquisitions manager.
Collins worked in JLL’s build-to-rent (BTR) capital markets team and has considerable experience across the residential and BTR sectors, including development consultancy, valuations, agency and investment.
In her new role, she will work closely with Gatehouse IM’s joint venture and housebuilder partners to identify and acquire new locations and homes for the firm’s single-family rental portfolios.
