Caddick has promoted Hollie Shackleton to associate director. In her new role, Shackleton, who has nearly 20 years of industry expertise, will bring her extensive experience in asset and property management to the Caddick board, ensuring that its developments uphold high standards of sustainability, accessibility and cultural value for local communities.
Shackleton, who began her career in 2006 with a work experience placement at Oakgate Group, part of the wider Caddick group of companies, will also continue to manage developments on behalf of Oakgate Group.

She leads by example every day and always takes the time to offer support and advice when I need it most. Her guidance has helped me grow not just in my career, but also in my personal confidence and leadership skills.
