Four senior industrial and logistics experts have launched a new consultancy firm called BOX4 Real Estate.
The firm has been founded by James Goode, former head of industrial and logistics NW at Avison Young, and Sam Royle, Edward Kennerley and James Clements, who are all former partners at Knight Frank.
The team’s expertise spans property disposals, occupier acquisitions and land transactions, and BOX4 Real Estate is already advising a range of occupiers, investors and developers with a strong pipeline of activity across its core markets.
The company’s founders said: “Our aim with BOX4 was simple – to build a business rooted in specialist knowledge, collaboration, and long-term relationships. We’ve each worked extensively in our respective areas and saw an opportunity to bring that expertise together under one roof, with a shared focus on the logistics and industrial market.”
