Indurent has submitted an outline planning application for a new 2.3m sq ft logistics and employment hub in Staffordshire.
The proposed development, which comprises six development zones, will be delivered on land south east of junction 16 of the M6. The development will also include a dedicated lorry park, new walking and cycling routes and extensive woodland planting.
All of the units on the site have been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ as a minimum.
The site is included as a draft allocation for employment development in Newcastle-under-Lyme Council’s emerging local plan, which is currently under review by the Planning Inspectorate. If adopted, the plan would confirm the site’s allocation for this purpose.
