Merseyside Pension Fund has let a 8,102 sq ft unit at Premier Park in Winsford, Cheshire, to German-based BHS Corrugated.
The business has signed a five-year lease on Unit 5 at the 400,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate to accommodate its new service hub. The unit comprises 6,801 sq ft of industrial space and 1,301 sq ft of modern office space.
