Resolution Property has bolstered its team with two new hires. Stéphanie Mareschal has joined the Brussels’ office as senior asset manager and Ophelia Knight has been appointed junior asset manager in London.
Mareschal has more than 20 years of experience in real estate operations and previously worked for AX REIM Belgium. In her new role, she will oversee a portfolio that spans retail, office, residential and mixed-use assets across Europe.
Knight will support the asset management of selected office and mixed-use properties, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day management, refurbishment oversight, investor reporting and acquisition support.
