Indurent has let circa 125,000 sq ft at Indurent Park Trident in Warrington to Regency Glass on a 15-year lease.
The manufacturer of insulated glazing units has taken two units at the park, which were delivered by main contractor Caddick. The units, which are fitted with rooftop solar PV and smart LED lighting, have achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
Indurent Park Trident is located in Birchwood and offers direct access to the M6 and Junction 11 of the M62.
