Carter Jonas has appointed Lucy Sayer as a partner in its consents team, which is part of the firm’s broader infrastructure offering.
Sayer, who has more than a decade of senior leadership experience, joins Carter Jonas from High Speed Two where she held the position of hybrid bill delivery director for Phase Two of the project.
Her previous roles at HS2 included head of petition management and head of powers and Parliamentary management and prior to that she held several positions at Crossrail.
In her new role, Sayer will work closely with David Walker, head of infrastructure consents at Carter Jonas, leveraging her experience in the rail sector to provide comprehensive consenting services to clients.
