GLi has secured planning consent for a new “ultra-sustainable” warehouse development in Enfield, North London.
The joint venture between specialist industrial developer KSP and PATRIZIA has got the go-ahead for Sceptre Park, which will comprise six net zero carbon units ranging from 11,615 sq ft to 21,315 sq ft.
