AXA IM Alts has secured planning consent for the 635,000 sq ft 63 St Mary Axe office development in the City of London.
The proposals for the site include a landmark 46-storey building designed by Fletcher Priest Architects alongside a new public park and onsite amenities.
Camomile Park will provide new public green space in the City and feature a currently buried section of London’s ancient Roman wall.
AXA IM Alt is targeting BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 5* and net zero carbon in operation accreditations for the fossil fuel-free, all-electric building.
