Canmoor Asset Management has let a 202,862 sq ft unit at the Westway development at Glasgow Airport to the UK government.
Canmoor has also let the 88,017 sq ft Westway 90 unit to sustainable packaging technology company Pulpex on a 20-year lease.
Both buildings feature EV charging stations, PV panels and air source heat pumps and have received BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
Following the planned demolition of Block F at Westway, a new phase of build-to-let opportunities will be introduced at the scheme, offering purpose-built industrial units ranging from 20,000 sq ft to 300,000 sq ft.
