Muse has bolstered its North West team with the appointment of Stuart Rimmer as project director.
Rimmer, who has more than 40 years’ experience in construction, property and development, most recently worked for Landsec and prior to that he spent an extensive period with Peel L&P where he led on projects including the regeneration of MediaCity UK.
In his new role, he will drive forward the deliver of Muse’s portfolio in the North West, including progressing the next chapter of the £2.5bn Crescent Salford masterplan as well as the redevelopment of Eccles town centre.
Stuart Rogers, director of project management at Muse – North West, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Stuart to the team. He joins Muse with a wide breadth of experience and knowledge delivering projects across a range of sectors in the North West. His diverse portfolio will add real value to our team as we push forward with several mixed-use regeneration projects across the region. His skills and insight into Salford will be invaluable as we progress our plans in the city and its surrounding areas. As a Salfordian himself, he will play a key role to ensure we continue to create places the Salford community can be proud of.”
