Indurent has let circa 50,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space to Soudal Group at Indurent Park Tamworth.
The manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foams has signed a 10-year lease at the 32-acre distribution site, which is located close to Junction 10 of the M42.
George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent, said: “Soudal’s decision to establish its next phase of growth at Indurent Park Tamworth is a strong endorsement of both the quality of our developments and the strategic strength of the Midlands as a logistics hub. With excellent connectivity, a skilled local workforce, and a best-in-class, sustainable specification, this site exemplifies the value we aim to deliver across our portfolio.”
Michael Gamble, managing director of Soudal (UK), added: “The opening of our new Tamworth warehousing facility marks a significant step in our growth strategy for the UK market. The warehouse will operate simultaneously with our current operations in Tamworth, dramatically increasing our warehouse capacity and facilitating our plans for future growth. The new premises will enable us to continue delivering exceptional levels of service to our valued customers as we expand.”
