Sandyford Properties has secured two new leases totalling 6,204 sq ft at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Car Park Coating has taken the 3,048 sq ft Unit 34 on a five-year lease and Spoon Desserts has taken the 3,156 sq ft Unit 33 on a three-year lease.
Both properties have been fitted with level access loading doors and have secure self-contained yards and integrated office space. Astmoor Industrial Estate is located close to junctions 11 and 12 of the M6 motorway.

The lettings were secured by Sandyford’s internal asset management team and BA Commercial.
