Flexible workspace provider BE Offices has agreed a deal with Derwent London to take 23,600 sq ft across the ground and first floor of The White Chapel Building.
The workspace is currently being refurbished by Thirdway Interiors and BE Offices said it was confident the site would open at almost full occupancy at the end of the year.
The eight-storey office building was acquired by Derwent London in December 2015.
Jonathan Weinbrenn, managing director of BE.Spoke, BE’s managed workspace division, said: “I’m thrilled to announce our latest transaction, this time with Derwent London, one of the capital’s most innovative and exciting landlords. Our vision is to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-driven flex offering.
“Working alongside Thirdway Interiors, BE Offices will be bringing something truly unique to the market through the design, tech stack, event space and service standards. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the wonderful team from Derwent London and I look forward to our continued relationship.”
