Accountancy and tax advisory firm Morris Crocker has signed for 8,681 sq ft of office space at Fishmour Group’s Lake House scheme in Port Solent, Portsmouth.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease on the first floor of the building and will move into the new space in October. The quoting rent was £21.50/sq ft and an attractive incentive package was agreed. Following completion of the deal, the EPC A-rated office building is fully let.
Andy Hellier, from Hellier Langston, which represented Morris Crocker on the letting, said: “Morris Crocker had a compelling need for new space to meet their growth strategy. We carried out an extensive search on their behalf and we are delighted to have secured this superb space.”
