Helical has appointed Martina Malone as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 September 2025.
Malone, who has more than 30 years of finance, banking and real estate experience, is the former global head of capital raising at Prologis. She worked for the industrial and logistics developer from 2010 until August this year and prior to that she held roles at JER Partners, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and HypoVereinsbank.
On joining the Helical board, she will become a member of the audit and risk, remuneration and nominations committees.
Richard Cotton, independent non-executive chairman of the board at Helical, said: “I would like to welcome Martina Malone as a non-executive director and look forward to working with her. Helical will benefit from her real estate, investment and structuring experience, as well as her financial rigour and ability to support our strategy.”
