Hortons has completed a sale and leaseback deal on a 32,000 sq ft warehouse in Staffordshire with Allett for an undisclosed price.
The cylinder mower manufacturer has agreed a 10-year lease on the warehouse at Airfield Industrial Estate, a former RAF base in Hixon.
This acquisition consolidates Hortons’ position at Airfield Industrial Estate, which comprises almost 500,000 sq ft of industrial space, storage compounds and approximately 30 acres of development land.

We see significant potential in the estate and are committed to enhancing its role as a thriving base for industry in Staffordshire.”
