Costa Coffee has appointed Colliers as its estates management partner for the chain’s UK portfolio of more than 1,600 sites.
Under the new five-year agreement, Colliers will provide a wide range of services including property management, lease administration, data analytics, finance, technology, professional advisory and agency support, across Costa’s estate.
