Indurent has secured planning consent for a circa 655,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development in South Staffordshire.
The development, which is located close to Junction 13 of the M6, will be delivered across two phases with Phase 1 scheduled for completion in 2028 and Phase 2 in 2030. Indurent is targeting BREEAM Excellent ratings for the units.
Josh Coldicott, senior planning manager at Indurent, said: “This development marks a major step in our commitment to delivering high quality, sustainable logistics space in key UK regions. It will create hundreds of jobs, boost Staffordshire’s local economy, and provide modern, environmentally responsible facilities for our customers. The scale, connectivity and broader benefits of the project make it ideally placed to meet the evolving needs of occupiers.”
