Panattoni has acquired a 70-acre industrial development site in Lenham, Kent, for an undisclosed price.
The site, which was previously home to Aliaxis and other industrial tenants, currently offers more then 1m sq ft of space.
Panattoni intends to speculatively develop more than 1m sq ft of industrial space at the renamed Panattoni Park Maidstone and is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings for the units.
