Ashtrom Properties (AP UK) has appointed McLaren Construction as construction manager for the refurbishment of Colmore Gate tower in Birmingham.
Built in the 1990s, the 290,000 sq ft Grade A office building is located between Colmore Row and the Snow Hill Business District.
Vince Lydon, managing director for construction management and specialist projects at McLaren Construction, said: “This is a further success for McLaren’s construction management delivery model, which allows us to form a true partnership with our client and involve the supply chain early on in the process.”
