Sigma Strategic Land has submitted a detailed planning application to the London Borough of Greenwich for a new residential neighbourhood in New Eltham.
The scheme, which will be delivered on the 9.4-acre site of the STC Sports Club, will deliver 205 energy-efficient homes. Half of the homes will be truly affordable and will be available for social rent or shared ownership.
The homes will range from one-bedroom apartments to larger three- and four-bedroom family houses, and all of the homes will be fitted with solar PV panels.
