Folkes Properties has secured planning consent for a new Starbucks drive-thru on Halesowen Road, Netherton.
The site, which is located on Washington Centre Trading Estate, will comprise a 1,836 sq ft Starbucks Unit, 24 parking spaces and six EV charging bays.
Construction will be undertaken by Hinton Design and Build and the project is being managed by Trinity Property Consultants with the development expected to complete by summer 2026.
