Preventive healthcare technology company Neko Health has signed for a 8,000 sq ft health centre across the ground floor of Northwood Investors’ The Acre office scheme in London’s Covent Garden. The centre is Neko Health’s fourth site in the UK and its largest to date.
The Acre is a 260,000 sq ft adaptive reuse project which saw more than 80% of Richard Seifert’s original 1980s structure retained. Northwood is targeting, or has achieved, NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and Fitwel 3* ratings.
