Tamworth-based housebuilder Owl Homes has appointed Mike Kelly as the company’s new managing director.
Kelly has around three decades of industry experience and previously held senior leadership roles at Bloor Homes and Bellway Homes.
Kelly said: “The Owl team is ambitious, forward-thinking and has bold plans for future growth. The opportunity to join the company at such a pivotal time was just the challenge I was looking for. I’m excited to lead the business forward; growing our visibility as we launch new developments and establish strong communities across the Midlands.

I’m confident we have the team in place to deliver and am pleased to confirm that along with the trio of developments at Alderton, Burton on the Wolds and Stoke Golding, we have a healthy pipeline for 2026, including new locations for the Owl brand such as Droitwich.”
