Related Argent has strengthened its executive leadership team by appointing Parm Nijjar as an executive director and head of strategic transactions and partnerships.
Nijjar (pictured) will join the business early next month from Kennedy Wilson, where he was managing director in the real estate investments team.
In his new role, Nijjar, who will sit on the Related Argent board, will oversee the transaction and investment partnership strategy within the organisation.
Related Argent has also promoted executive director Oli Rifkind to chief development officer.
Tom Goodall, chief executive director of Related Argent, said: “Parm is joining us at a very exciting time for the business, having recently announced our strategic partnership with Derwent London at Old Street Quarter and having broken ground on Phase Two at Brent Cross Town. Phase Two will see the delivery of circa £600m of development, with six new buildings starting on site in 2026 alone. Parm’s experience will complement and strengthen our senior leadership capabilities as we look to develop new partnerships with a shared vision and commitment to creating best-in-class urban development over the long-term.”
Kenneth Wong, chief operating officer of Related Companies and chairman of Related London, added: “These appointments solidify our commitment to Related Argent’s ongoing growth and expansion. In his eight years with the company, Oli has distinguished himself with his entrepreneurial vision, deal-making skills, and command of the entire development process. He is a trusted, integral member of our senior leadership team who richly deserves this promotion. I look forward to outstanding contributions from Oli and Parm in their new leadership roles.”
